Welcome to PoshRobe (operated by BrandFace Retail LLP, registered at Calicut, Kerala). By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them before using our service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place a rental order on PoshRobe. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
The standard rental period is 3 days (delivery day + 2 days), unless otherwise specified at checkout. The outfit is reserved exclusively for you from the moment of booking. You are responsible for the product from the time of delivery until it is collected by our logistics partner. Products must not be altered, sub-rented, or used in any manner not consistent with normal wear.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment — rental fee plus refundable security deposit. PoshRobe reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance. Payments are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant gateway partners (PayU Money, UPI, Net Banking, Visa/Mastercard).
A fully refundable security deposit is collected for every rental order. Once the outfit is received back and inspected, the deposit is returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in cases of damage, staining, loss, or late return.
You are fully responsible for any damage to the rented outfit during the rental period. Minor wear consistent with normal use is accepted. However, significant damage (tears, heavy stains, burns, loss of embellishments) will be assessed and may result in a charge of up to 150% of the retail value of the garment, billed against the security deposit and invoiced separately if the deposit is insufficient.
PoshRobe delivers outfits to the address provided at checkout, typically 3 days before your event date. Delivery timelines depend on your location. The customer must make the outfit available for our logistics partner to collect on the agreed return date. Late returns may attract additional daily rental charges. We are not liable for delays caused by the logistics provider once the package has been dispatched.
Our in-house tailors alter each outfit to the measurements you provide. Alterations are included in the rental fee. PoshRobe is not responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. Please refer to our measurement guide or call us before submitting your measurements.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of dispatch, or after dispatch, are not eligible for a rental fee refund. The security deposit is always refunded in full regardless of the cancellation timing. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for the full refund schedule.
All garments are professionally dry-cleaned, quality-inspected, and packed before dispatch. If you receive a product in a condition materially different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
PoshRobe's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the rental fee paid for the specific order. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including event cancellations, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of PoshRobe services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.
PoshRobe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
