We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for rental orders placed on PoshRobe.

How It Works

  • 100% refund — if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, you get a full refund of the rental fee.
  • 50% refund — cancellations made after 24 hours of booking but more than 72 hours (3 days) before the event date receive a 50% refund of the rental fee.
  • No refund — cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date are not eligible for a rental fee refund, as the outfit has been reserved and prepared for delivery.
  • Security deposit — always refunded in full, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The security deposit is always refunded in full, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Non-Refundable Situations

Orders cancelled after dispatch, or where the outfit has been worn or damaged, are not eligible for any refund of the rental fee. The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld in cases of damage.

Modifications

If you need to change your event date rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability, with no additional charge if made more than 7 days in advance.
