Order Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for rental orders placed on PoshRobe.

| Within 24 hours of booking | 100% of rental fee |
| After 24 hours, up to 72 hours before event | 50% of rental fee |
| Less than 72 hours before event | No refund on rental fee |
| Security deposit | Refunded in full (all cases) |
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The security deposit is always refunded in full, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Orders cancelled after dispatch, or where the outfit has been worn or damaged, are not eligible for any refund of the rental fee. The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld in cases of damage.
If you need to change your event date rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability, with no additional charge if made more than 7 days in advance.
